This pan is lightweight, well made, designed well for easy handling, quick cleanup and wonderful for making Tamagoyaki and other iterations of the basic and fancy omelette, great for a few slices of bacon, a quick grilled sandwich, creating interesting non-grain flatbreads, the list goes on.
