Only way to cook farm fresh eggs and be able to peal them without loosing half the egg! Found they actually cook better if I don’t prick the tops, less messy but follow the directions until you get the hang of it. My water discolored the metal plate so if that’s an issue for you then use filtered water. Loved the poaching ability as well. Eggs come out perfect every time!
