ALDKitchen shipped the product promptly and arrived in great condition. They were very responsive to questions I had about extra parts which are needed only when replacing the iron. The waffle maker works great and the digital control is nice to see the set point and actual temperature. Easy to use and nice that it includes the drip tray to ease cleanup.
