This is a very nice super soft maternity style side ruched shirt. I'm 23 weeks, 160 lbs, 5'5", 36D and I sized up to a L based on other reviews about the shirt being short, etc. It was baggy and definitely not the cute form fit it should've been to hold the egg print around my belly. All my other maternity clothes are a Medium and fit great and that's what I should've gotten here. I'd go with the size of your other maternity clothes and the size chart and ignore other old reviews. I sadly didn't have time to send it back and get another before Easter so I went with it.
