Love these and regularly use them but putting them to optimal use took some learning. They will leak a bit but if your pan/griddle isn't perfectly flat but that's reduced by buttering the underside. You want to do that anyway because otherwise the egg will stick to it and it'll be tough to get it off to flip. Other than that it would be nice if the handle could open up further it kinda hangs over where you'd pour whatever you're cooking into them; optimal design would have them bend back >90⁰
