These are little sandwiches, so if you want a regular meal, you'll need at least two. However, I like to have a small meal on those days I have my morning exercise classes. Since I am always a bit behind in the morning, these are perfect for quickly heating up in the microwave. I wrap them in a moist paper towel and have to adjust the time since I have a low wattage microwave, but they come out perfect every time. They do not come out hard like some microwavable sandwiches, and the cheese is just melty enough. In my opinion, they are not at all bland and are quite tasty. If I had more room in my freezer, I would buy several packages at once, since a lot of my favorite items always seem out of stock.
