I bought these a while back. They are great for catching small fish like river chub, small-size bluegills, and small catfish. I put a wax worm or maggot on this small hook, a sink, and a bobber, and the small fishes would strike the bait in a frenzy. If I time it right, I could set the hook and get the fish. I wouldn't recommend this for getting the larger fish, they tend to swallow the hook and the bait, making it very hard to get it out.
