This basket was beautiful, just like the photo. It's actually sturdier than expected. Two issues made me lower the rating: 1) The product was shipped from Europe, which caused a longer than usual shipping time. I wanted the gift for Christmas, so it was disappointing to find out I would have to wait. Side note: though the shipping info stated a 5 week turnaround, the basket did arrive in time for Christmas. 2) The box was marked 'fragile', but when it arrived, it looked as if it had been kicked all the way from England! Luckily, the basket was undamaged (see sturdy comment above), but I would have expected heavier, more durable packing materials.Overall, the actual basket would receive a 5, but the shipping issues could be better handled. I would order from this vender again, but I would definitely order early and request thicker packaging.
