Unfortunately there were know directions on how long or what power to cook…Pkg arrived ripped and unpadded. The gray plastic envelope was extremely lightweight, not at all like the larger packages usually used by Amazon. There was a small sliver of plastic broken off the bottom piece.Doesn't impact performance, but unfortunate.Don’t like it. Is either comes out to soft or too hard. It’s also hard to cleanjust found it to be rather cheaply made and came with no instructions at all.I was anxious to try this cause it looks so easy to use, and the poached eggs looked perfect. I tried it today, and first off, when I went to take it out of the miceowave, the whole thing was too hot to handle. The top lid fell off, and after I finally lifted the egg out of the water, it was hard boiled, and when I pierced it with a fork it exploded!! There was egg residue cooked into the bottom of the cup, just a big mess.Ordered for my husband- he loves it because it is easy and fastThis contraption arrived without any instructions, and when following what was on the product page, I also had the lid blow off, and 2 hockey puck eggs. I tried again, this time stopping the microwave every 20-30 seconds. I ended up with one egg hard cooked, and the other with very liquid white and a soft yolk.I can't tell you how easy it was to clean, because it now resides in the bottom of my trash can.No directions included, very faint fill line on it. One egg literally exploded and popped the top off in microwave all over the place! Worse yet the second egg stayed intact. So while I cleaned the disgusting microwave my husband sat down to eat the second egg. He put his fork in it and it EXPLODED all of his, the kitchen and the dog!! Cheaply made and definitely NOT safe!
