Was getting too heavy, and it was starting to cause bodily pain. Haven't started exercising yet, but have lost plenty of pounds by using this and changing diet. Being flavorless, it can easily blend with any beverage. Also nice that it doesn't have all the "what are those" ingredients. The down side is that it is a bit pricey.I like that this protein powder is unflavored and mixes well with the other food. I also like the high amount of protein per serving.Flavorless, mixes well with anythingtotally flavorless, blends well in smoothies but can be kind of lumpy in non blended drinks.it’s my second time ordering this and this time got one that wouldn’t open. i had to take a box knife and run it under the lid several times before it finally loosened and came off. it also was clearly returned and resold as it has tons of score marks on the lid from a knife which is annoying. if someone returns an item for being defective they just resell it? lol okother than that, no negativesI personally would never use this as a stand alone product seeing as it’s not flavored. That said, I loved the simple list of ingredients and the balance of different proteins. I looked at so many and usually hated the price, the ingredients, or both. I usually use one rounded scoop (half the recommended amount) to supplement my morning smoothies. It noticeably helps keep me feeling more full and satisfied, and has blended well with all the other ingredients I’ve used. I’ve already purchased more and plan to continue using this product indefinitely.Vacuum sealed lid is next to impossible to remove without the usage of tools to open it. This is poor product design and needs to be redesigned. There is no reason it has to be that tight (as far as the consumer is concerned). The product it's self has little flavor but it isn't completely flavorless. It has a slight hint of vanilla malt flavor to it. Container is smaller than expected as well. I have yet to really use it for anything.Instructions to open... get a flathead screwdriver and pry the lid in a few spots then turn the lid. It will eventually give and you can open it. It seems to be vacuumed sealed so once you break the air seal, it turns easily. I wouldn't recommend using a saw (as another buyer mentioned).This is my go to after workouts(running or lifting). I workout a minimum of five days a week, I like the product a lot. More pros than cons such as simple ingredients with no sweeteners or artificial colors/flavors, no taste. It also mixes very well(I use it for a post workout smoothie made in a Nurtibullet Pro). Cons are doesn't last very long(I understand that canisters are filled by volume but it always looks like half full because of settling), Scoop is usually buried at the bottom of the container making is a messy ordeal to find. Size is another issue as I'd like to see a 2lb version. I'll continue to use.Really nice and it’s good but it doesn’t mix well if you shake it.. need to blend
